The Dubai Aquarium and Underwater Zoo is located in the Dubai Mall. Its dimensions of 51m x 20m x 11m makes it one of the largest tanks of this type in the world. The underwater world can be viewed from the outside through an impressive acrylic panel (8.3 m x 32.88m) or from the inside, but only with a valid entry ticket.

In the aquarium you can see more than 300 sharks and rays, over 70 species of other marine animals.

The underwater zoo is housing also penguins and its main attraction the 750 kg King Crocodile.
